SDE1 In danger of PIP looking for referrals to Airbnb, Twillio, NVIDIA, SalesForce & Stripe

Hey everyone! My job's been getting to stressful lately, It's hard to sleep sometimes, and especially relax when I'm awake. I've been interviewing around but at this point I think what I value the most by far is WLB. I can't do on-call anymore, I can't deal with the anxiety. Sorry for the rant, just wanted to show how frustrated and defeated I feel. If I could get referrals to these I'd really appreciate it!
