SDE2 Comp for Amazon Vancouver
Can anyone shed light on the expected TC for an SDE2 in Vancouver along with the breakdown (BASE/RSU/Reloc). Planning to move from India. 4 YOE

For 4YOE I'd be surprised if they offer you SDE2. With more than twice that YOE they offered 135k/80 units(over 4, 12, 2*20, 20, X)/10k + signon of 25k for yr1 + 25k for yr2 prorated in the past. In your case I'd assume something like (100k+2*15k/40/10k) -- at the very bottom of SDE2 band.
I am already an SDE2 in India. with 4YOE at Amazon itself.
What's your overall YOE. If you're SDE2 already with 4Y Amazon, I'd guess in the middle of the figure I provided. TC around 160k CDN I bet.
