SDE3 Salary Bracket
Hi, Expecting a promo either this cycle or the next from SDE2 to SDE3. Would love to get an idea about the salary bracket for SDE3 ( both base and stock offerings) so that I can negotiate with the team. Waiting for promotions isn’t worth it in today’s world. If you don’t get a certain raise or promotion with an expected TC. Bro I would suggest to Switch company. U can make 1.5x-2x easily. In my 10 years exp as SDE, I learnt more when I switch jobs.
