You should negotiate it close to 137k to 140k base. That's the highest I've seen at Glassdoor. But truth be told... If you have 7 years of exp you should ideally vie for the Senior SWE position to give you better benefits/pay.
RSU anywhere around 80-90k vesting over four years . Joining bonus anywhere from 15-25k.. yearly around 10-15k... Relocation should be fully taken care of
