I would say new tech really depends on the team/org. Even WLB is org dependent, I switched from AWS to Customer Service and this org has really nice WLB but tech is outdated. You can’t win on everything.
Afaik, PIP probability is lower out of US. Don’t worry too much about that.
Don't go to Concur.. I worked there previously and their tech is prehistoric just like their leadership. Anyone who's ever used concur knows it's a shitty experience

You didn’t mention the kind of job. Are you a developer? I see a lot of folks saying older technologies but that’s not true. I joined recently and we are ramping up on T2 stuff and we use cutting edge technologies. Before joining Concur, I had experience in Java only. Now I’m working with Go, Next JS, Kotlin, K8s, AWS, Graph QL and so much more!
