SFA 7 YOE FP&A Looking for Amazon positions!
Looking to see if anyone on here has any open L6 or L6.5 roles in the new Nashville Amazon COE? I was told by a recruiter the only FM position was filled. Would I be selling myself short if I applied for the L6 role instead of L6.5?

Too many people here look at TC and not TCOL (total cost of living). TC of 250k in Silicon Valley sucks imo and is way lower than 150k in Nashvillle.
Your analysis is off. $150K in Nashville is equal to 305K in SF
If you are a SFA now, amazon will bring you in as a financial analyst- they downlevel everyone

Your experience is irrelevant if you can’t pass the hiring bar for an L6 or 6.5 and the roles in Nashville, yeah I would stay FAR away from that org.
Too bad I only know of L6.79 roles ...
