I see lots of people refer to the city as SFO. SFO is the code name for San Fransisco International Airport. The city you want to refer to is SF.
Thanks OP, very cool!
So?
So people can use the term correctly and stop confusing others.
Anyone who doesn’t communicate using 0 and 1 gets it from the context of the conversation. Not worth getting your panties in a twist over it.
People say they are going to SEA, when SEA is in SeaTac. Or YVR, when YVR is in Richmond. Etc. It is just shorthand.
But it already has a shorthand that is widely used, it's SF. It's like calling Los Angeles, LAX
And people do call Los Angeles LAX too.
SFO is also San Francisco Office in many companies I know
Lots of immigrants are dumb, that’s why. Narrow minded to be exact. So? Nice ppl nevertheless
Who cares
It’s also consider Salesforce haha
I have stopped correcting. I feel embarrassed to even correct such things as it more often than not comes out as being arrogant or rude.
Probably wanna fix the typo in your title if you want to appear legitimate.
That is embarrassing :)
