Looks like they are mandating all employees to return to the office, 3x a week, beginning 2023. This is so left field. We successfully moved to cloud and had some of the best quarters WHILE we were fully distributed. Good luck to everyone who recently moved outside the Bay Area, you have a giant target on your back now.

Do you know any specific ETA on when this will be implemented (Jan, Feb, ...)? Or if there's any sort of exceptions? I should've followed my gut instinct way earlier; was starting to get bad vibes even before the RTO announcement.
Not sure but they said there would be an official announcement beginning of 2023.
