No, just in the application submission process at this point. However, trying to set sense of the team.

Hawaii is the only SRE team not in a major office, so you would be one of the first hires in the location and you'd be able to set your own culture a bit. From what I understand the global SRE team is being created so nobody is responding to incidents outside of business hours, which is well aligned with the Shopify culture tweet thread Tobi (CEO) posted yesterday. SRE TC is on the higher end of the spectrum among other dev roles and there’s a good amount of negotiation room
