Ideally, you should just prep a few stories to use as response to these questions and regardless of the actual question just talk about one of the ones you've prepped. Try to hit the 4 aspects of STAR, but don't do awkward pauses or mannerisms that make you seem weird. While unrelated to the job, stuff like that matters a lot in selectiom decisions
