Snowflake hiring
Have a phone screen coming up. Took 3 weeks for them to schedule it after I sent availability. Doesn’t really seem like snowflake is serious about hiring. Can anyone share their interview experience with them? #snowflake
They were very fast im my case. Like day or two for initial. I even had to push onsites because they didn’t give me time to prepare.
Currently there is hiring freeze. It should open in the next quarter. I am in the middle of the process and have a final round pending with them. This is for Sr. Sulutions Architect Role. Got confirmation from HM that it will be scheduled once freeze is lifted
They have quarterly vesting. How is that not good?
Monthly vesting? I want to know which company offers monthly vesting and matches the pay at Snowflake
