Want to know what folks think about the company, engineering culture and WLB
undervalued, high potential, saas business is high margin 80%+, fast growth. you should check it out. very interesting eng challenges https://techcrunch.com/2021/06/17/keeptruckin-raises-190-million-to-invest-in-ai-products-double-rd-team-to-700/amp/
Yes, very strong growth. TAM is bigger than ever and there are areas where KT can jump into easily and double their revenue in short span.
DM me. I will tell you all the dirty secrets
Looks like you have some personal grudge. Please don’t spread hate.
yeah, definitely seems personal. even if you are an ex-employee. you are harming urself by spreading hate.
Engineering culture is really good. There are good experienced folks in management as well as senior ics that have families. Makes the wlb good. We are also able to make mature engineering decisions like have design reviews, limit our stack to a few well supported technologies, avoid adopting every shiny new framework. Information is shared very openly by leadership. e.g everyone can access the main revenue and metrics dashboard that the exec team reviews. So it feels like the fun parts of fast growth without the chaos. A thing to fix is the overall diversity within engineering and engineering leadership and that is being worked on.
The growth is strong, but this sector is a low-margin one so don’t expect profitability in a near future.
Not really right. Spending per customer is increasing and more and more customers are choosing higher tiers. Plus it’s a saas. So I don’t understand this comment that well.
