Need some advice - Got offer for a notable aerospace engine manufacturer (hybrid) versus their contractor (fully remote)

I would be doing the exact same work in engineering analysis. I currently make 115k (100 percent remote) at a separate competitor in a technical role - however I am getting switched to a non-technical role that pays the same but will be 100 percent onsite (25 minute drive roughly). If I take the contractor job I will make 83k and do the same work as the engine manufacturer. If I take the engine manufacturer I will make closer to my current salary but it will be hybrid. Commute time is looking to be over an hour each way and I'm unsure if I can move at this time. I'm also looking for a job that's not as hectic so that I can learn Data Science on the side. What would you guys do?
