SWE 2 Base salary and TC range for Intuit Bangalore.

Hi all, I joined as a swe 2 at intuit and wanted to know the range for tc and base salary in intuit bangalore.

20L fix 2L variable 13.8L joining RSU. More concerned about the fix part. Want to know the range for swe 2 intuit india

17-25 would be the base range afaik. However looks like you are on top band.. I would suggest that you talk about your promo process asap, else during appraisal process you might hear stuff like ' we can't give you more than x% because you are already hired at a high range for your level' blah blah. Also yoe?

also seems like you have got lower stocks rsus I think on higher side they give almost 40k rsus

I think your base lie on mid range and more towards higher side for swe2, base for sse would start from 23 and max would go upto 40
