We are building an AI team to implement and push the limit of this paper: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2310.06770.pdf ; here's the website https://www.swebench.com. The mission is to transition the world to autonomous software development future; we start with allowing people connect GitHub, do flash training, take feature requests or customer feedback and automatically implement, test and run the code; The first iteration will be with elite engineers in the loop, we have 1k engineers signed up to use for this. This will be a network of engineers (marketplace) layered on an AI system that can do the main coding with minimal human intervention. Customer segment is startups who want to rapidly iterate and implement new features, the expert engineers will get paid monthly to support startups. Please reachout if you are in the Bay Area, with experience in building AI systems and interested in working on this. Bonus : if you have worked on code completion systems like Github Copilots, OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Whisper, Google code generation team and have experience with building Ai agents, and RAG systems. We'd prioritize such expertise. TC: 250k #tech #AI #copilot
😂yeah that’s why I asked … A startups goal is to make money and scale fast … not push limits. A R&D labs goal is to push limits … but no one knows how long it will take to make money. Honestly I doubt if it will be anywhere near 50% good unless we have another “revolution “ in architecture like transformers.
You are better of starting a consulting company … at least you will be honest. Strategies like “fake it till u make it” are responsible for the current glut in the tech/startup world.

Are tech workers as rich as they think we are?
Is this a R&D lab in big tech or startup? You know that interest rates are at circa 7%, the days of free money are over and your start up will have to actually earn money?
It’s a startup. We are already at 150k ARR from our labor marketplace, investing in this will propel us. It’s like Tesla investing in Autopilot and FSD
Ok, maybe I misunderstood something but even in the paper you linked the success rate was dismal. (5%). Don’t see that model being used in production anytime soon.
