SWE-ML v/s MLE @Google

Confused between 2 positions - 1) Software engineer - Machine Learning 2) Machine Learning Engineer Are these titles same in terms of level, work and compensation? If NOT, then how to apply for Machine Learning Engineer position at Google? Does such a position exist? Or SWE ML is the only way to go? I do not see any MLE positions on the Google careers website? Can someone please clarify? Thanks !
