Interviewing with them atm and so far people seem like good people to work with. I read up on them, they IPO'd a few months ago. What's the overall moral like? Has the IPO changed things internally? Company doing well financially despite covid?
Aren’t they the ones who collect your professional info and sell it? I don’t see any different from whitepages.
How did the interview go? What position did you interview for? I am planning to interview next week.
Same here I have an interview lined up with them. I would share if you could share some useful insights about the interview
Avoid. Company is not organically grown it's just a bunch of paper mache slapped together with s***** integrations.
Ditto, avoid at all cost, had a stunt there, bunch of micromanaging dudes with bro and cool kids culture, engineering is a joke
I don't want to mention what exact department I'm in, but i feel the same. Desorganization seems like the adequate term. Constant reorgs since I've joined, my manager has absolutely no technical skills, just seems to do whatever their manager says and apparently no one likes that other manager. There's no documentation, no one knows who manages what. This is not at all what i was sold on when interviewing. I've only been there 5weeks and already considering looking for a new job. I don't see any path of growth or personal development here atm Leadership really has to get their $#it together. The old school suit & tie, working crazy hours, 7am meetings and hassling employees over the weekend isn't gonna take them far.
Op are you actually at Zi? Dude get out capitalize on the brand and get the f*** out. It's the largest collection of incompetence that I've ever encountered in a professional setting I jokingly refer to it as the psycho circus.
Good one, i can perfectly relate to it, avoid at all cost
Their stock went up because people thought they were Zoom
Thanks for the non useful information. Highly appreciated
You asked about the IPO and how the company is doing financially. Stock performance is one indicator of financial performance. Isn't it useful to know that a companies valuation went up for reasons that have nothing to do with their products or business? If that's not useful, you should totally join them :)
