The pay in manufacturing is not as sexy as software but just curious to see if anyone is working/worked for Starbucks here. I work as a Quality manager in Saint gobain and I just got an offer as Project manager for 140k TC in Starbucks. I get around 110k as TC in Saint gobain. Jobs will be pretty similar in terms of opportunity to grow but moving away from a comfort zone to a completely new facility where you’ve to prove yourself again. Is it worth it?
How was your interview with Starbucks? What type of questions did they ask?

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
How many YOE as manager and IC? Do you have a BS or MS? Seems weird to move to Starbucks from Saint Gobain
Have an MS, 2 years in a managerial role at SG. It did seem weird to me first but this position is in a coffee roasting/ manufacturing plant so it made sense
