Company Doordash: 135k base/175k stock over four years/20k sign on as a new grad (with 0 YOE except for internships) with a Bachelor's from a top tier school. The comp is the same for Seattle and SF and I get to pick the location. Now I am an international in the US and would need H1B sponsorship soon. I know that H1B minimum compensation is dependant on location and approval odds are dependant on compensation to an extent. In that case, would I benefit from working in one of the locations over an another to ensure that I have the best chance of getting H1B approved? #workvisa #h1b
The wage band also depends on the YOE and Level of offer. Details?

You are better off taking Seattle.
