Glassdoor salaries are quite low and data does give good idea about equity structure. Apart from other non FAANG, favorites are Dropbox, Uber, Lyft, Stripe Do people get equally paid in other companies ?
What is your job title

I hear financial sector has comparable salaries but I can't back up that claim
Cisco ~ >= 0.75 FAANG comp-wise, given you don’t have H-1B shackles ;) — If you are a slave, then you need to negotiate hard and compete offers to get something good.
^ depends on the org and the orgs profit margins. And also depends on how much Cisco bets on that horse. And if you hit the ceiling and you are still wanted, you’ start as a grade12 along with higher ESPP percentage; more-than-average RSU etc to level it off: That’s why depending on “things” you can get 75% or more of an equivalent FAANG role.
^ also (as said) depends on your Visa status ;)
Snapchat pays very well
