Salary Comparison
Hi Guys, My current company appraisal cycle over by today, i got senior promotion and 58% hike, from base salary 615,304.00 INR to 975,362.00 INR, this just a base salary , CTC will be around 11L. The same day I got offer letter from BANK OF AMERICA for 11L CTC (Which I given as expected with respect to my old salary without appraisal) Now shall I revise/negotiate the salary with BANK OF AMERICA? How I can do that? What should be my expected salary?
Depends on your situation, how badly do you want to leave ? If TC was the only major reason for switching then negotiate again, at the risk of losing the offer. Ask for 16 at least, if you want to negotiate.
Thanks for the reply, i asked for 16 as u said and settled 15.
If bank of america is not your dream place then try out at other places in few months with atleast 20-30% from current base.
