Salary Hack for the day!! Search for job postings in Colorado. Last year Colorado passed a law requiring employers to disclose their targeted pay range in job postings. Here’s how to take advantage: 1. Head to LinkedIn Jobs 2. Search for your target role 3. Change the location filter to “Colorado, United States” 4. Find 10+ job descriptions for roles at your target companies and note their salary ranges (usually companies will just post the low end salary) 5. Search for “Glassdoor Salary Adjuster” 6. Add in your averages, select your locations, and… Boom! You just got the salary range for your target role in your target location. Now go negotiate a comp package you deserve. Soon California will follow as well
Washington will have to post the salary of jobs starting next year as well.
Hey slack recruiter posted this lol
juat base or TC?
It is base only. So, not very useful for Tech
i like calibrating my bay area tc to colorado 🤠
This isn’t that great, employers are posting big ranges on Colorado jobs. And no ranges if job is fully remote.
