Hello, I had an interview call with a USAA recruiter, and they quoted the salary on the lower end of the salary range. Is it possible to negotiate for a salary closer to the higher range? Do they allow for negotiations? Thanks
If you have the YOE you have the juice to negociate for more. I would aim for 75% of the payment band - they will prob need approval but it's not a far reach Also find out if the hiring manager is new to the org. Legacy managers will not pay you ...
I think its a universal standard they try to keep employees between the 25-50 percentile
