Salary Raise / hike and Promotions
Do H1B visa holders get a salary raise/hike ? Suppose I join a company XYZ (consider a good MNC) as Software developer with H1B And after 2 - 3 years will my pay increase and get promoted to Senior Developer? Consider that I have very good tech skills, product knowledge and have become a valuable part for that project
