Salary Range for Financial Analyst lll at Kaiser?

My wife is going to start interviewing for a financial analyst lll role at Kaiser in Southern California, so curious about the salary range. Info online varies quite a bit, so wanted to see if someone internally can share. Haven’t spoke to Recruiter yet. I’m not on admin side so don’t have access to the info. Her TC: $105K YOE: 9 #salary #finance #kaiserpermanente #kaisercompensation #kaisersalary #kaiserinterview

Not on the admin side either but I was able to dig up some data in SharePoint. Couldn’t find the exact title but I averaged a few different financial type analyst roles and came up with the numbers below based on IC3 level roles. Min: 82,209 Mid : 96,661 Max: 120,900 That being said, when she speaks to a recruiter, they are legally obligated to give her the exact salary range. She just has to ask. Hope that helps.

I honestly wasn’t expecting a response, but wow, you are amazing. Thank you so much!!! Btw, how do you like Kaiser? From everything she’s read, it seems like it’s a good place to work because of WLB and good people (team dependent, but seems to be the general sentiment).

I can confirm good WLB.

No problem! +1 on good WLB, people are 98% kind and supportive. They hire for chill people.

I’m in Finance. The WLB is legit, basically rest and vest. IC4 is ~120k. With that being said, there’s literally no growth so I’m looking to get out asap. So if your wife is a go-getter, she’ll like it initially and eventually get bored

Is the 120 midpoint for IC4? And yeah, that’s what she seems to be picking up on. Honestly, I think she’s fine with that, especially as we start thinking about starting a family. Her current job was only supposed to busy during plan season and month-end, but she’s working late all the time. It’s just not worth it for her

That’s the max you will get for ic4 (low but the benefits kinda make up for it). One thing about KP is your title could be FA/SFA but will be doing accountant work and nothing to do with planning (happened with me). Didn’t like it because they weren’t transparent with me about tasks so would recommend asking the team if it’s corp fin or accounting/treasury/etc
