Salary ask for TPM / BA for Accenture
Hi, I have been working with Accenture US seattle for past 1.5 years on contract @$60/hr. They have now offered to convert me into a FTE but yet to rollout a offer. What would be a good ask in terms of Basic, stock, joining bonus and benifits. YOE : Total 11 years, (2years in US)

They Have not yet rolled out one.. i just wanted to prep up once they did

I would say once you have the offer put it here so that folks can then relate . Do you know at what level you are coming in? Also are you on a VISA?
