Salary bands on LinkedIn

Which tech company pays 400k+ base for IC roles (excluding Netflix or Roku)? I’m seeing most jobs on LinkedIn showing base salaries in the range $180-250k for senior and staff roles, sometimes up to $300k. Are these really non negotiable upper bands or rather non significant placeholders that they add on the job page because it’s now mandatory? I know people will say RSU is more important but base is more important to me. Passively looking. TC 500k
