Salary based on passport
Does having a higher ranking passport help in higher salaries. For example, an australia citizen vs an Indian citizen working in the same role in UAE with the same skill set.Who earns more?

Heavily depends on country. In UAE yes it matters

Does passport matter more than ethnicity? I've heard that UAE isn't very welcoming of south Asians in higher up roles, but ready to be told this is false.
People who voted no difference in salary have never worked in the Middle East before and don’t have a clue about how things work there.
Please explain?
