Salary expectation for Robinhood L2 SWE
Hey ppl, Received a verbal offer from Robinhood for swe L2. Numbers are yet to be discussed. Could you ppl please help me understand how much should I expect or ask for? I think it's around 300k and level fyi data is pretty accurate.
I see, and is it a good offer? Or should I try at other companies? I have interviews setup for Fb, Amazon and google. Could they beat the offer?
You should ask for L3 for 5 yoe. I think the rule is 5.5 year or something. Level.fyi has accurate data for fang, check it out there. Make sure you know the level you are interviewing with before starting the interview process to save yourself sometime
