Does anyone know what will be an average salary for Product Manager at Intuit? Work ex of around 5 years. Please tell base, RSU, joining bonus etc.
Are you sure? This seems very low. Even Yahoo pays better than this :)
Yep. It's far from "very low." though. Yahoo pays way above market based on necessity/retention over the past few years. Glassdoor suggests slightly lower but tends to skew lower or be lagging behind the market.
APMs fresh out of college make 100k base
Yep at companies like Google. This is not the norm ;)
nope at intuit
I am at 140k base with no previous PM experience and a few years work experience
How did you manage to get hired as a pm with no prior experience?
not uncommon for PMs to come from analytics, finance, consulting, and/or MBA backgrounds...
i thought pm packages are close to swe
They are. Swe pays about the same. Inuit just pays closer to only moderately above market rate. Blows me away how few people seem to understand the market outside of the 1% companies. It's going to be a rude awakening should the market ever fall apart and a swe learns average pay at an average company is more like 80k a year...
Picture is swe at intuit per glassdoor
How much is intuit cash bonus component ?
Target is based on level PM2- 15%, SPM- 20%, GPM- 25%. And that's often increased slightly with good company performance
95 to 100k, 20 to 40k a year equity/bonus, 0 signing.
Try 190k total comp with 3 years of experience at level 2. Your data is for associate PM (level 0). 5 years of exp would be north of 200 total comp.
