Salary less than New Joiners!!! What should I do - Mail HR or Leave silently?
My current salary is less than the new joiners. One of my junior juniors from my previous organisation joined my company and got way more than my total comp. I'm not able to work after knowing that. Should I mail HR to match my pay or just resign? Also, there is a huge workload (60 hrs/week) currently. Shall I stop working and start grinding the leetcode, or shall I resign first and then start grinding the leetcode? P.S.- Can you please help with Data Engineer referrals? This is normal and happens. Don't jump off the cliff, you will fall in ditch. Use this runway, run fast and take a huge leap. Prepare, interview, get offer and resign
