For the position of Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (IC4), I am being offered following by ServiceNow: Base: 155k Bonus: 15% RSU: 130k Location: Santa Clara Level: IC4 YOE: 13 years On visa. Is there a room for more negotiations? #it #salarycomparison
They haven’t told us if we are getting our bonuses this half of the year. They tease but the way the market it, it’s tight. I can tell you I know IC4 in SC who make less than you in base, so that’s pretty damn good.
Any idea about TC for Staff position at ServiceNow?
Bump
Hope you have accepted it yet , being a former employee I can say its low ask for this minimum if your interview went well and you are not too desperate to join , being on visa does not matter for servicenow. Base: 200K Bonus: 20% RSU: 200k
Let me add little more here , the numbers I have quoted here are stretch goals so if you get close to like 180ish I will say to accept it. ServiceNow makes you do work, you would face politics, better you get paid well to deal with all that.
Haven’t seen your resume, but I think bonus and RSUs look a tad low.

Bonus should be 20% and RSUs at least one year salary, unless they’ve changed that for new hires. Counting the vesting RSUs should be like 218k+ TC
Honestly sounds pretty good. ServiceNow doesn't do sign on bonuses so don't bother there. But you can maybe negotiate higher in terms of base salary.
I was able to get additional RSU instead of a Sign On Bonus. It's worth asking. I let them know the RSU+Bonus I would be leaving on the table and they went back to the compensation folks and added it in.

Its low ask for this Base: 200K Bonus: 20% RSU: 200k
No sign on bonus? Are there yearly refreshers? What % is annual bonus?
No sign on bonus. They were saying I should expect full 15% bonus annually
