What we can expect for a senior principal engineer at dell technologies Austin Texas. How much base and bonus expected. Yoe: 14 years of experience
I cant tell for Austin. But i am in Santa clara @i9 (sr principal sw engg) at s total tc of 193k

Heard dell increased wht thy r offering, but it is far inferior to current market rate. So no takers. Managers r old school who do not want to hire folks who might receive higher than them as TC (15+ Years managers at Dell who r fit for nothing)

I-9 bands are pretty broad. I am currently at I-9. The higher side of the base salary used to be close to $200k and bonus is 15% and there is no guarantee of RSU, some organizations don’t grant RSUs at all even if you are a top performer.
