What is the total compensation range of a mid senior to director level Product Manager in India? Also how much is the fixed component? I have shortlisted a few companies - Atlassian Google Microsoft Meta Expedia Mastercard Current CTC: 60lac Any other companies you would add to the list?

How much is the fixed component in this?
About half of that is fixed. Say 70-90.
