Salary range in India for software developer
I am having 7 years of experience. I want to compare my compensation whether it is bad, normal or good. Can u guys just tell me what should be the compensation at this level of experience?

Don't go with all the exaggerated numbers ppl, for 7years 15 is good. Ppl just post max salaries and claim it to be average. Ur earning better than many ppl.

It mostly varies from company to company. Every company has their own salary range for same set of role. It would be helpful if you can describe which/ what type of company you are working. Thanks
