Just wanted to know, if this a good offer Base Comp : 140k Annual Bonus: 10% of base RSU: 130k over 4 years. No sign-on
Have it from Big 4. But, base comp is pretty much the same. With no RSU’s

How was interview
It was a total of 5 rounds 1. Hiring Manager - 30 min 2. Director of S/w engineering - 45 min 3. Senior Solutions Architect - 45 min 4. Technical- 1 hr 5. Cross - functional team - 45 min On a whole, I felt little exhausted by the end of the process. Since, I had 4 rounds on same day each with 15 minutes gap.
