Considering moving from Slack / Salesforce -> Monday.com. I’d be moving from SMB AE -> MM account manager. Curious how folks at Monday feel about the company / sales org / pay structure etc..? #monday #monday.com #ae #sales
OTE is 170 with Mondays commission less structure. So much hirer base and a year end bonus that’s up to my manager discretion? Haven’t got the official offer so not sure on the equity
Cool cool. Yeah I spoke w/ MNDY a while back and seems they offer higher base but lower commission potential. MM would def be a title bump for you so it may make sense esp if you are looking to get more into a post sales/expansion role like AM.
Appreciate it.
For a minute I assumed this was an ad for Monday.com because literally everything else is
Lol yea I see their ads on the subway all the time. OP - if you get in let me know I’d love a referral to Monday
Have you ever worked for an Israeli company before OP?
I have. It sucks
I hear it's bad
1>Small deal-sizes 2>SFDC = A brand in sales MDAY = B or C 3>Israeli company (see tripactions etc fiasco, it's old school in a bad way) 4>Tons of ankle biter competition Also do some homework on their coverage model, territory design and ramp policy. You moving from AE to Account Manager so yeah, base will be higher, did you look at their churn? I'd avoid, you should be able to get something better.
I’d love a slack referral. It’s very hard to get it
What’s the OTE and equity for the MM AM role?
