Lead mts salesforce offer Base 165k Bonus 15% Joining RSU 160k But lot of ppl saying there will not be any RSU Annual refreshers until initial RSU vest (next 4 years ) Is that true

We don't get refreshers unless you are muy muy importante.

Agree. RSUs are good but base could go higher or sign on. You will most likely not get refresh after 1 year. Even after year 2 probably unlikely unless you're top 5%. After year 3 you would probably get refresh if top 25%. There's no stock for promo, at least not from my experience
Refresh possible yearly or every 2-3 years for the top 5-10%. I am considered top 5%, received stock every year for 5 years now but refresh is about 15-25% of initial grant.
Many on the team have never received refresh, even after 3-5 years.
Yes decent offer for lmts and yes there is no rsu refresher every year but may be after 2nd or 3rd and maybe for half amount.
Your base is low because ur rsu seems on higher side that what I have seen. They seems to have compensated u in rsu.
If u want refreshers dont come to salesforce....
Base is low, I've seen people one level below join with 160base. Shoot for 175 base.

What was the final offer after nego? Did you accept the offer? Is 200k RSU doable for Lead MTS if you have multiple competing offers?
Yes, takes a while though since it may need VP approval. A friend of mine got 200k rsu at smts level with competing LinkedIn offer.

He is not clear he says depends blah blah
