Salesforce Developer opportunity
I am a salesforce developer with Masters in CS and 4yoe, I have accepted an offer with Base salary- 144k and 3500 stock options. Did I make the right choice? It’s a sf based pre IPO company.

What is company name? For your base compensation - Number looks more than fair to me.

How can you except anyone’s comment to be helpful if nobody has any idea what the value on those 3500 options are.
3500 in today’s price is close to 500k. I’m guessing that’s RSU, and if that’s the case your TC is no 144. It’s closer to 260k.
