If someone resigns in June, and is on notice period during the 15th June Purchase date, will they be eligible for the ESPP purchase or they are marked terminated as soon as they resign and hence no ESPP purchase. Can't find information regarding this. If someone knows about this and can help out would be great
I believe if you’re still employed, you should still be eligible for purchase - if you leave prior to an upcoming purchase, you’ll be withdrawn from the program and receive a refund of any contributions not used
thanks for the comment, the reason I am confused is, no internal document specifically mentions about this,... ideally a person is employed even being on notice, but not sure if the take the date of resignation as termination date or not
