I just told about second lottery to my friend who is on opt. He works in a startup where his h1 was filed through fragomen. He can not directly contact his attorney and always has to go through company HR to reach out to the lawyers. Does anyone know if in that case as well fragomen would have applied for his second lottery? How did everyone out here got to know about it?

What is second lottery?
Lottery which happens second time
Historically uncommon secondary drawing for the H-1B lottery. Reason it is happening this year is cause so many petitions that were accepted were withdrawn due to COVID. Now there are empty spots again that can be filled.
