Yoe :7 + Current CTC : 24L + 30L(vesting 4 years) + 12-15L(average refreshers per year vesting of 4 years) Current pay is less compared to faang, but WLB is great. Current stock is doubling or tripling every 2 years.probability of IPO is very high in 2 years Amazon did splendid interview. Will get offer for SDE2 probably. Which one shall I choose. And how much shall I negotiate? Priority is growth, Work , WLB, PAY. Will update once I get offer from Amazon and Salesforce. Amazon and Salesforce is from Bengaluru. PS: not planning to change companies for the next 5 years. ====Update 1 Oracle OCI and Walmart labs interview is in pipeline. Got word of mouth offer as below. Offer from amazon as 30LPA(Base)+(15+11 joining bonus) + 18(RSU) TC ~ 50LPA Salesforce yet to get any numbers. But confirmed the position. I am not sure salesforce has scope for negotiation. I would say, stay at Freshworks if the company is planning for an IPO in the near term
Salesforce doesn’t pay much ... coming to amazon .. they will perhaps pay you around 35 lpabase 10-15 lpa joining bonus for first two years ... rsu vesting period will suck ... you will have to stay minimum three years to get half of the vested RSUs ... If you are learning and can get a promotion in freshworks, then perhaps stay? You will Make a lot of money if you stay till ipo ... but that comes at a cost of current growth opportunity

Why amazon Offer much of Joining bonus than base/RSU's. Is that because after 2 years the pay growth will low? And moreover amazon offer seems to be elevated because of the JB and Amazon share price. Please shed your lights
Amazon knows it stock price is gonna increase 10-15% YoY, so they try to save stocks for later. And as a general trend, people leave or get fired before 3 years, so Amazon gets to keep the stocks. Because stocks are back-loaded, thats is why they have to give joining bonus to compete with fang and high paying startups.

Give OCI a shot. They should be able to give higher offer if interviews go well. Skip WMT since you already have Salesforce/Amazon offer in hand.
Finally choose Salesforce. The difference is less. But Salesforce seems to be a good option
