Salesforce Mid-Commercial Account Executive

Expecting to get an offer for the Mid-Commercial Account executive role and wanted to see what I can expect. They said top of band is 200 OTE, which is slightly less than what I make right now. Is this negotiable? Can anyone share their experience or knowledge of this role and team? A few probing questions: Are people successful? What do the accelerators look like? What is the next step up from this role and is it senior? Curious what the levels of sales are there. Would you recommend joining if the territory is in Texas?
