At least 400k RSU offer I think is reasonable. 250k is low though base salary is good

I’m a PM Senior Director and I can tell you the base and RSU is more than I make. If you don’t take it, I’m reaching out to see who your hiring manager is so that I can take your offer.
Given 95% of all PMs in Salesforce are “Directors” I would say your offer is really good given the junior type of role. ;)

I have posted similar question on blind today, looks like approx 350k for director in IC role for PM / TPMs, How about engineering director? Can i get call for director interview and can i convert that in to sr director during interview? Currently Sr PM at LinkedIn and making 350k

No idea, L5 -> 250 as salesforce director is not bad. I didn’t realize L5 could get a director role at a public company especially. Congrats!
