During my 1:1's I've heard positive feedback only and nothing alarming/negative so far and my skip level manager also shares the same thoughts. With the ongoing macro-economic situation, please share some experiences in terms of how should we set our expectations for a raise. Unfortunately, the bonus situation was disappointing this year.
