Hypocrisy of Indians
Considering applying to the Deployment team in Security org. They seem to be working on CI/CD and checking compliance policies. Is it a good team? Some posts suggest that security org has poor WLB and high attrition?
Hey op, don't make the big mistake of joining that org. Your career will go nose dive . Toxic and bad wlb is common on this org
How does it look like for a dev to work there
TC or GTFO
Is it good for a tableau developer in security org? Looking only for work life balance
Salesforce's security org is absolutely terrible. Our internal posts are constantly deriding it. The management there is a joke, a headless chicken, who just want yes-men, and to keep the lights on with green status reports. There's a ton of internal politicking and betrayals there, which is unusual for Salesforce culture. We don't know why upper management hasn't done anything about this, it's been a known problem for years. Amusingly it's actually the influx of Microsoft middle management that are tearing it apart and bogging it down. All good people left that org a long time ago, and they're bleeding people like crazy. There's a reason you're seeing openings.
How does wlb look like there for a amts? My friend is joining as a new grad soon
They won't learn any good industry practices or standards. It'll start their career with bad practices and procedures. They won't learn any transferable skills, and their resume will generally just decay. It's okay for a paycheck, but a terrible place for fresh grads
