Hello Blind community, I am currently working for Oracle (non oci). Work here is not at all interesting and most of the time workload is 10hrs/week !. I want to move on from here . I heard very good reviews about Salesforce and wanted to know the interview process for software engineer roles. I am leetcoding now and wanted to know the difficulty of interviews at Salesforce. Any help/info is appreciated. Thanks. TC : 165k YOE : 1.5 Location : Bay area #interview #softwareengineer #engineering #swe #software
Easy/medium level. Some orgs donโt do LC type interviews only, they also have OOD, System design, UI/front end
Thanks for the info. Usually how many rounds of interviews would be conducted ?
3-5, depends on level and team
One 45 mins with hiring manager, OA, then the โpanelโ which is like a power day
Thank you. I am assuming "panel" is onsite , are the interviews team specific ? Just want to get an idea , I am currently prepping LC/SD and some OOD
Yeah โonsiteโ day
Salesforce is the same. If you want challenging work, go to any series A/B start-up.
Depends on team, each has different structure of interview. But pretty doable than FGA
Thanks for the info
10 hours / week ??
Yup sometimes . It's just way too slow
I thought DB org has great work ?
Lol. Seriously?
Depends on teams
