I have a Sr. DevOps/Systems Engineer on-site interview coming up with Salesforce. Any insights on what the on-site might consist of? Technical areas to focus on in preparation? TC: 165k
Pretty chill tbh, very conversational and not as many tech question as I was expecting. Definitely not like the typical FAANG interviews, kinda refreshing in that sense.
Coding? Any system design? I have one for the same role. Was wondering what I should be focussing on
For mine neither oddly enough, maybe it’s because I had a referral or they assumed I was good coming from Amazon. I had some fundamental Linux questions and a very high level “systemsy” question but the majority was talking about what I had done at Amazon in my role, a focus on leadership based questions and seeing if I was a team and culture fit because according to one of my interviewers, they “don’t hire assholes” haha
