Salesforce account exec TC!
So I might have an offer coming up at salesforce for an account exec role in SF. I checked glassdoor to see what TC is like and it says 120k. I don't believe it though, if TC was really only 120 why would anyone work there especially in SF? Can some salesforce people shed some light here. What is TC like for an account exec. Current TC:230K (I'm at a startup not IBM) Yoe: 6 Background master's in CS.

AEs get commission as well. And for some of them it's the majority of their comp
I don’t work at SalesForce but know a couple of friends that do. One of them makes $120k out of Chicago just in base but works on the 2nd to top tier of their market segment (no SMB but middle market or something like that)
