How is life at Salesforce? Interviewing with them for Amts. Currently at Amazon as L4. How true is it thatSalesforce has good WLB. Also do Salesforce employees have the fear of PIP like in Amazon?

I have only one year of experience. I believe I can try for either but I want to have best wlb possible. Will joining as MTS give me more stress since I have only one year of experience?
How many years of experience does mts require. I have almost a year of experience at amazon. But would rather be safe and take amts. If Salesforce mts is equal to amazon L5. I would probably go with amts
